Join us for an immersive healthcare seminar experience in Brazil, exploring Spiritist therapies and integrative mental health practices.
Trip Fee & Continuing Education

Single or double room for November 2026. You can choose to share with two single beds, or a king size bed. Please let us know what you prefer.
35 CEs or CME
Additional Fee is $95. Let us know you want CEs and we will add that to your final invoice.
The seminar/trip fee raises funds for several not for profit, charitable organizations that benefit the public: Foundation for Energy Therapies dba Integrative Mental Health University, Hospital Euripedes Barsanulfo, and a Spiritist Center in Goiania.
All profits are donated to these organizations.

Groups will not be larger than 12 participants to allow discreet access to the intimate settings in the hospitals and healing centers.
How To Register
At the hospital's request, this tour is for healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and leaders of mental healthcare initiatives. From time to time we can also accommodate students preparing to be healthcare providers, e.g. nursing students, medical school students, etc. Please describe to us in your registration how you are involved as a health provider currently and what motivates you to take this trip. If you are not a healthcare provider and still wish to take this trip: please write to us, describe why you wish to take the trip, and we will explore how we may be able to accommodate your needs.

Pay Deposit
Pay deposit of $800 usd on IMHU's secure site. Your deposit reserves your space. (This is refundable if your application is not accepted.) Balance of fee is due 30 days before the trip begins. Applications without a deposit do not secure a place.

Fee Does Not Include
Travel & Documentation
  • Your airfare from your home to Goiania, Brazil
  • Your passport updates if necessary (US residents require a visa as of April, 2025)
Additional Meals & Transportation
  • Taxis outside of group van excursions and transfers to sites for Seminar learning
Personal Expenses
  • Personal: bottled water, beverages, extra snacks provided by hotel available in your room fridge
Sending Fee and Refund Policy
The deposit and final fees can be paid by check and sent to IMHU or online via paypal or stripe–which accepts most credit cards– wise.com or by bankwire.
If paying deposit or balance due via paypal or credit card we will ask you to please cover $800 + 3% bank fee ($22.50) in US dollars. (+4% bank fee instead of +3%, or $30 usd if paying from outside of the USA.) These extra charges will be due at time of final payment.

On request, we will send bank wiring instructions to those preferring this mode of payment. International students may want to use Wise.com. If we incur fees for incoming wires, we will ask you to repay us for those fees.

The Foundation for Energy Therapies is a not for profit organization recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3. The Foundation is doing business via Integrative Mental Health University.
Balance due varies according to continuing education units, and method of payment. We will send you an invoice via email once we understand your preferences. You can pay the final invoice by credit card, paypal, bankwire, or check.
Refund Policy
If we cannot assure you a place on the trip, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you are accepted on the trip and a place has been assured and you cancel 31 days or more before the trip starts: your deposit will not be refunded. If you have paid for the whole trip and must cancel more than 31 days before the trip begins, we will return all of your money except $800, the deposit.
If you must cancel less than 30 days before the trip and we have a qualified person to take your place (e.g. from our waiting list), we will refund the balance you have paid in full, minus $800. If we cannot find a qualified person to take your place when you cancel in the 30 days before the trip starts, then we will not refund the money you have paid.
Preparing for Your Flight
For travel to Brazil you may need a visa (after April 2025) if you are traveling from the USA. You will need a passport that is valid up to 6 months after you return from your trip if you travel from USA. If you hold a passport outside of USA, please check to see if you need a visa to enter Brazil.
To fly to Goiania: fly first into an international airport like Brasilia, Sao Paulo, Manaus, or Rio de Janeiro. Then, take a domestic flight to Goiania's airport using domestic airlines of Brazil.
